Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

At Kidudox Services Pvt. Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

✅ Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

• If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved or rejected.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

• Recheck your bank account.
  Contact your payment provider — processing times can vary.

🛍️ Sale Items

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@kidudoxmart.in
  Once approved, we’ll process the exchange within 7–10 business days.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to assist you.

⏳ Cancellation Window
Orders placed on www.kidudoxmart.in can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Email your cancellation request to: info@kidudoxmart.in
• Be sure to include your Order Number for quicker processing.

💰 Cancellation Charges

A handling fee of ₹50 or 5% of the order value (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, any applicable shipping charges will also be deducted.

• Cancellations are only possible before your order is packed or shipped.
• Once dispatched, your order cannot be cancelled.
